Schools are under growing pressure to understand need, evidence support and plan provision across whole cohorts. Talamo exists to make that easier, giving teachers, SENCos and trust leaders the information they need to act sooner.

It’s personal, too. Jamie founded Talamo after his own experience of dyslexia showed him how much early identification can change a pupil’s confidence and direction.

Jamie Wace
Founder, CEO
Jamie is dyslexic and started Talamo so that children’s learning needs are spotted earlier and understood properly. He leads Talamo’s vision, strategy and growth.
He co-hosts the Talking Dyslexia podcast with Ellen Broomé, CEO of the British Dyslexia Association, and helps run our We Love SENCos events.

Emma leads Talamo’s partnerships with schools, multi‑academy trusts, local authorities and organisations across the SEND sector.
She brings more than 20 years of education experience, including work as a teacher and inclusion leader and in SEND at GL Assessment. She helps ensure Talamo’s work reflects the realities facing schools.
