Once your students are on the platform, assigning a test takes seconds. There are now three to choose from: Cognitive & Dyslexia, Maths & Dyscalculia and Executive Function.

Before you start, make sure you have enough credits. Your balance is on the Homepage, at the top of the page on Students, or in Settings.

Assign to one student

1. Go to Students and find your student.

2. Open the ⋯ menu at the end of their row and choose Assign test.

3. Pick the test you want and confirm.

That’s it, the student’s status updates straight away. 👍

Assign to multiple students

1. Tick the box next to each student you want, or the box at the top to select everyone.

2. Click Assign test in the bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

3. Pick the test and confirm.

You can un-assign on multiple students by following this process but clicking Remove Test instead.

Assigning more than one test

1. They run in a set order. Whatever a student is assigned, the tests always run in this order: Cognitive & Dyslexia, then Maths & Dyscalculia, then Executive Function. Students can’t pick and choose or skip ahead, so there’s nothing for you to manage.

2. Shared activities aren’t repeated. A few activities appear in more than one test. If a student completed them in another Talamo test within the last 3 months, we carry those results over and skip the repeats, so the next test is shorter for them!

Removing a test

Changed your mind? Use the same ⋯ menu (or the bar at the bottom for multiple students) and choose the un-assign option.

You can do this up until the point has completed the assessment (so you can un-assign In Progress assessments!)
